		<description>Bluehost have very good customer services but today my all sites are down (except html pages). I have hosted 38 websites and 35 are not working that is using Datbase. Talk to customer support and they said it would be live in next 45 min, administrator is working on it. Hope it wont happen again :(</description>

Thank Ya all for keeping my $$ (and am sure may others&#039; too) from Matt&#039;s pockets (and heck! I learnt about BlueHost from Frank Kern&#039;s (now! now! I just see FK&#039;s antics - just so to learn the hooks these Internet marketers throw in the pond - pretty pathetic bunch IMO)
So, Crazy Penguin - &lt;strong&gt;did ya find an above-par Host?&lt;/strong&gt; Would be very interested to know your suggestions/choices. Thanks again for helping newbies with your post here. Was considering PracticalHost.com - tho find they are resellers for RackSpace *confused*

		<description>I use to work for this company, they were located in Orem but are now in Provo.  I do not want to come off sounding like a Utah or Mormon basher, but the location and religion plays a big part in the hype and bad service.  They will hack into their own customers account if it&#039;s a religious website that is not LDS. They will deactivate your site if you have music that they do not approve of.  The problem with this company is that they spend way too much time telling each other how smart they are instead of providing  good service, or stealing their clients contents off of the servers.</description>
